What a great session we had at Loch Ken over the weekend. Some amazing swimmers smashed the wild 4k swim event. A special congratulations goes out to two of our Triskeli swimmers Lesley and Kath who can call themselves endurance swimmers, fantatsic. We had a great coaching session helping swimmers to improve stroke and sighting.
