Another amazing cold water workshop was held in glenbuck loch by triskeli swims.
Over 16 swimmers turned up to have some fun and learn all about cold water swimming and its benefits.
Into the water they went, embracing 3.0c water temp. Officially making these swimmers ICE swimmers....
Out they came....Got dressed quickly followed by hot chocolate to warm them up before we headed back to lesleys kitchen.
We had a special presentation for each swimmer, a medal and certificate which where grearly recived by all.
Followed by some delicious soup, bread and yommy cakes special made by lesley who owns lesleys kitchen. How lucky where we...
