Why not come along to one of our winter swim camps run by our very own wild ice swimmer Rebecca Jarre. Rebecca has taught and encouraged many swimmers with her knowledge around winter swimming. This camp focuses upon the pyschology and physiology of winter swimming. A pre introduction around the effects of cold water shock is discussed prior to getting in the water, followed by a timed swim to your level of ability. All swimmers will recive a cap, hot soup and a roll or hot chocolate with cream and marshmellows followed by various sweet treats. You are able to view the mornings itinerary once payments have been made.
